Access to and use of the Site's enquiry portal constitutes a representation that you are acting in a professional or institutional capacity.

The Site is not directed at consumers or individuals acting outside the course of a business, trade, or profession.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, technical specifications, pipeline data, site classifications, and structural designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of Intellion DC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and view Site content for your own internal evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without the prior written consent of Intellion DC.

The Intellion DC name, wordmark, and associated marks are trade marks of Intellion DC. Nothing on this Site grants any licence to use our trade marks.

Technical specifications, pipeline data, site capacities, power allocations, and all other information presented on this Site are provided for indicative purposes only and are subject to change. This information is commercially sensitive and is shared in confidence with qualified institutional counterparties.

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of Intellion DC. Formal site allocation discussions are conducted exclusively under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

The Secure Enquiry Portal on this Site is provided solely for institutional enquiries and RFP submissions. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation named in your submission.
• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
• You consent to Intellion DC processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a binding offer, reservation, or commitment by either party. All capacity allocations are subject to formal agreement and execution of appropriate legal documentation.

Site capacities, power allocations, timelines, and technical specifications presented on this Site are indicative only and are subject to final utility allocations, regulatory approvals, and regional zoning determinations. Intellion DC makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information on this Site.

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or regulatory advice.
